This is a course where you can enjoy sea bream.The sea bream shabu-shabu with Nihei's special dashi and ponzu sauce is delicious, so if you want to eat something a little more luxurious than usual, be sure to try it! At the end, add rice or somen noodles to the dashi, which has been infused with the flavors of vegetables and sea bream, and enjoy it until the very end.Please also enjoy fresh sashimi and other delicacies made from Setouchi fish.*Cards cannot be used to pay for course meals.Card payment options are available upon request.
